Rivera Memorial Scholarships
Rivera Memorial Foundation offers 10 scholarships to Waterbury students.

Rivera Memorial Foundation Scholarship
For Waterbury high school students or full-time college students that demonstrate financial need, leadership and volunteerism throughout their school and/or community.
Rivera & Hughes Memorial Park Scholarship
The Rivera & Hughes Memorial Park Scholarship is for those high school or full-time college students who have participated in any program within the Rivera Memorial Foundation, Inc or are a family member of any Executive Board or Board of Directors Member. These students must demonstrate a financial need, and demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community.
Joseph A. Cortes Memorial Scholarship
The Joseph A. Cortes Memorial Scholarship is for those high school or full-time college students who demonstrate a financial need, demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community, and are working towards a degree in the medical/health care field.
Alexander "Shon" Alves Memorial Scholarship
The Alexander Alves Memorial Scholarship is for high school student-athletes whom demonstrate academic success, leadership on their sports teams and community and financial need.
Gerald "Gerry" Rodriguez Memorial Scholarship
The Gerald "Gerry" Rodriguez Memorial Scholarship is for those high school or full-time college students who demonstrate a financial need, demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community, and are working towards a degree in the computer science field.
"I Matter" Scholarship in Memory of Angel L. Velez
The "I Matter" Scholarship in memory of Angel L. Velez is for high school seniors in Waterbury Public Schools who demonstrate a financial need, demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community, and are working towards a post-secondary degree
Peak Physical Therapy Scholarship
The Peak Physical Therapy Scholarship is for those high school or full-time college students who demonstrate a financial need, demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community, and are working towards a degree in the medical/health care field.
Law Office of Eugene DeFronzo Scholarshipl
The Law Office of Eugene DeFronzo Scholarship is for Waterbury high school seniors who demonstrate a financial need, demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community, and are working towards a degree in the legal field.
Representative Geraldo Reyes Scholarship
The Rep. Geraldo Reyes Scholarship is for Crosby High School students who demonstrate a financial need and demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community.
Senator Joan Hartley Scholarship
Senator Joan Hartley students who demonstrate a financial need, and demonstrate leadership or volunteerism throughout their school or community.
